Privacy Policy

Collective X Health Research Chat is designed to answer from research sources without storing public chat content.

What we collect

We use Clerk for account identity, including your email address and authentication state. We do not ask for protected health information, and chat content is not persisted server-side in v1.

How we use it

Your account lets us provide the authenticated chat experience. Research retrieval is handled through Agentset, and answer generation is handled through OpenRouter. We do not sell your data or use your chat content for model training.

Data deletion

You can delete your account through the account settings page powered by Clerk. Deleting your account removes the identity record we use to grant access.

Cookies & tracking

Clerk uses essential session cookies to keep you signed in. Phase 5 may add PostHog analytics for product and safety events, without storing chat message bodies.
